Hi, I’m Jitka.

My journey didn’t start with online courses. It started over 25 years ago in the “hard” world of film and TV production.
I worked as a projectionist, an editor, and a production manager.

In that world, I learned one critical lesson: The audience only sees the story on the screen, but the experience stands or falls with the tech in the booth.
If the sound fails or the film jams, the magic is broken.

When I entered the online business world, I saw brilliant visionary women struggling. They had incredible stories to tell, but their “projection booth” (their technical backend) was on fire.
They were paralyzed by fear that “pressing the wrong button would blow everything up.”

So I founded SheSystems to be your Technical Partner.
I bring the precision of professional audiovisual production into the chaotic world of neurodivergent entrepreneurship.

Why SheSystems?

I believe that Soft Productivity is the only sustainable path forward.
But “soft” doesn’t mean “messy.”

When I’m not building automations or editing workflows, I am a mom of two (one of them is ADHD too :).
I know exactly what “chaos” means, and I know the value of every single saved hour.
