Terms of Service “SheSystems“
1. Services and Products
SheSystems provides digital memberships, educational toolkits, and technical implementation services (Implementation Blueprints). Our services are designed to help founders achieve digital autonomy through “Kind Tech” principles.

2. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller LemonSqueezy.com. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed in USD. For memberships, you agree to recurring billing until cancellation. Prices for individual services (like Implementation Blueprints) are agreed upon based on your application.
4. Refund Policy
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted or a file is downloaded, refunds are generally not provided.
- Services: For “Implementation Blueprints” or editing services, refunds can be requested before the work has commenced. Once the work is delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide tools and guidance, but the implementation and results within your business remain your responsibility.
